Why "solo founder" is a feature, not a bug

CloserAI is bootstrapped. No VC pressure to charge $1,500/month with a 30-minute discovery call. No bloated team that needs to justify a Series A. The whole product runs on ~$200/month of cloud bills — which is why I can charge $299 instead of $799 for the entry tier.

Solo also means I personally answer every support email, write every line of code, and ship every feature. There's no "account manager" layer between you and the person who can fix bugs the day you report them. The trade-off: I can only support so many customers before adding a teammate. That ceiling is not yet near.

What CloserAI is NOT

✗Not a magic lead generator. CloserAI converts traffic you already have — it doesn't create demand. If your site gets 50 visitors a month, the widget can't turn that into 500 leads.
✗Not a phone-call AI. CloserAI is chat-only today. Voice agents are on our 2026 roadmap.
✗Not a CRM replacement. CloserAI includes a built-in CRM, but if you already use Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or Salesforce, our Zapier webhook + REST API forwards every lead into your existing system.
